CultureOfHipHop respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.

How Uploads Are Screened

Every upload passes through an automated screening step (audio-fingerprint and content-similarity checks) before publishing; flagged items go to a human moderation queue. This reduces — but does not eliminate — unlicensed content, so we also rely on rights-holder reports.

If your content was removed in error, contact us with your account username and the URL that was removed — we'll review and, where appropriate, reinstate it.
