1. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use CultureOfHipHop.com. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant CultureOfHipHop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, and display your content on the platform. You confirm you own the rights to whatever you upload, or have permission to use it (samples, features, etc.) — see our DMCA Policy.

3. Marketplace & Payments

Sellers set their own prices for beats, tracks, sample packs, merch, and cosmetics. Payments are processed by Stripe. CultureOfHipHop takes a platform fee (currently 18%) on marketplace sales; the remainder is transferred to the seller's connected Stripe account. All sales of digital goods are final unless the item is materially defective.

4. Culture City (Metaverse)

Culture City is a shared virtual space. Be respectful — harassment, hate speech, and impersonation result in account action. Virtual items (cosmetics, vehicles) purchased in Culture City have no real-world cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

No hate speech, harassment, spam, copyright infringement, impersonation, or illegal content. We use a combination of automated (AI-assisted) and human moderation and reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Advertising

Advertisers must submit truthful, non-misleading creative. All campaigns are subject to admin review before going live. CultureOfHipHop reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated content (including homepage news summaries) is reviewed before publishing but may still contain errors — verify anything you rely on. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
