Recurring billing
Before purchase, the checkout identifies price, billing interval, renewal terms and included features. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes may apply.
Trials and promotions
Trial duration, post-trial price and eligibility are shown before enrollment. Unless checkout says otherwise, a trial converts to paid service at its end. Promotional pricing may expire.
Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel through account billing controls or support. Cancellation stops future renewal and generally leaves access through the paid period unless law or checkout terms require otherwise. Upgrades, downgrades and feature limits may take effect immediately or next cycle as disclosed.
Failed payment and balances
Failed payment may restrict paid features. Culture Credits, promotional credits and account balances are not bank deposits, may have limited uses and are not redeemable for cash except where an earning or payout program expressly allows it.
