DMCA notice requirements
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location, provide the complaining party’s contact information, include good-faith and accuracy statements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), and include a physical or electronic signature. Counter-notice
A user may submit a counter-notice identifying removed material and its former location, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and providing the required consent to jurisdiction and signature under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). We may restore material after the statutory period unless the claimant reports filing an action.
