Request process
Submit refund requests to [email protected] with account email, order number, reason and relevant evidence. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Digital products
Completed downloads, accessed sound packs and delivered license files are generally final unless defective, materially misdescribed, duplicated or refundable by law. Revocation or refund may also revoke the associated license and access.
Subscriptions and services
Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Previously billed periods are generally non-refundable except for billing error, legally required cooling-off rights or a written guarantee. Undelivered manual services may be eligible for cancellation; completed work is generally final.
Marketplace, advertising and disputes
Marketplace disputes are evaluated using listing terms, license receipts and delivery evidence. Advertising already delivered is generally non-refundable; undelivered budget may be reviewed. Chargebacks do not replace the support process and fraudulent disputes may restrict an account.
