What We Collect

• Account info: username, email, password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Profile info you choose to add: bio, avatar, region, favorite subgenres
• Content you upload: tracks, videos, battle entries, comments
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
• Usage data: plays, likes, XP events, login streaks, metaverse zone activity (position data is ephemeral, used only for real-time sync)

How We Use It

To operate the platform (feeds, recommendations, gamification, payouts), to communicate with you (order confirmations, notifications), to prevent fraud/abuse, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Advertising

Advertisers see aggregate performance data (impressions, clicks, completion rates) — never your individual identity or contact info.

Third Parties

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the platform: Stripe (payments/payouts), our hosting provider, and (optionally) an AI provider used to draft homepage news summaries from public news sources.

Your Rights

You can edit or delete your profile information from Settings at any time. To request full account deletion, contact support — we'll remove your personal data except where retention is required for financial/legal record-keeping (e.g. completed orders).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token for security. We don't use third-party tracking cookies beyond what your chosen ad network / analytics provider requires — disclose those here once selected.
