Seller duties
Sellers must accurately describe products, prices, licenses, dependencies, authorship, originality and delivery. Sellers warrant they can grant the offered rights and must provide functional, safe files without malware or hidden restrictions.
Buyer duties
Buyers receive only the rights stated in the checkout license and receipt. Purchase does not transfer copyrights unless the license expressly says so. Buyers may not charge back valid transactions, redistribute source assets or exceed usage limits.
Platform role and fees
The platform provides listing, checkout, delivery and record tools. Commission, hold and payout terms shown in the seller dashboard apply. Funds may be held for disputes, refunds, fraud, verification, taxes or legal requirements.
Disputes and removal
Contact support promptly with receipts and evidence. We may pause listings, preserve license records, reverse ledger entries or refund where policy or law requires. Platform action does not decide ultimate ownership between parties.
